I have loved working with animals for as long as I can remember.
It started with my first pony at the age of five, and then entering the family dog into my 4th grade talent show to showcase the tricks I had taught him. I spent a lot of time volunteering at local animal rescues and shelters, and I have been involved with horse riding throughout my entire life.
While I was in college I began trying out different sports with my dog, Pacha. Together we have tried barn hunt, scent work, rally and more…but something never felt right. Although my passion for dogs followed me into adulthood, it underwent a huge transformation when I began working with Desiree and Megan. Pacha was reactive towards strangers coming into my home. I had decided to just accept that’s how he was, but positive reinforcement totally changed his perception (and mine too!). Suddenly I had a confident, self assured dog who felt safe communicating with me. That’s when I knew I was hooked!
I will be getting my first puppy this spring, and I can’t wait to start different dog sports with them. I love the puppy stage and helping client’s young dogs feel confident and comfortable in the world, and I can’t wait to begin that journey with one of my own.
Alongside working with dogs, I am also pursuing my masters and I am the Graduate Assistant Coach for my college’s equestrian team. I love working with both people and dogs and I can’t wait to join you on your journey!

Meet My Dog
Pacha:
Mixed Breed
Pacha is the life of the party. He wants to be wherever the crowd is, and preferably in a lap. He’ll do anything for a little bit of praise or a treat. He’s an exciting guy and suffers from serious FOMO. He used to feel really anxious when visitors came over, but with the help of a little cheese he has made huge strides in overcoming his anxiety! He is smart, sociable, and loves trying new things. No matter what, he is down for the adventure. Whether that be sleeping all day, going on a road trip, or testing out a new sport: he is 100% in.
Hobbies: Barn Hunt, kayaking, getting as dirty as possible, and car rides.
