Before Your Session:
There are a few things you will need to do ahead of time to prepare for your Initial Consultation, so that we get the maximum use of our time together.

Sign the training contract.
Fill out the intake questionnaire, which takes about 15 minutes.
Download and install Zoom.
The contract and intake questionnaire must be completed 48 hours before your session.
Please note that 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
